We hand you a finished room.
The Couture Haus Approach
Every Engagement Includes
Drawings, not boards
Floor plans, elevations, renderings, millwork and lighting drawings, and finish schedules your builder and cabinetmaker actually work from.
A single schedule
One studio holding the architect, the contractor, the trades and the vendors to one timeline. You are not the one relaying messages.
White glove service
Every order placed, every delivery inspected and stored, every installation supervised by our team. You walk into a finished room.
Questions
What you are actually buying.
What services does an interior design studio actually provide?
A full-service studio handles space planning and floor plans, elevations and renderings, lighting and electrical design, millwork and custom joinery drawings, every material, fixture and finish selection, furniture and art specification, coordination with architects and contractors, procurement and order placement, delivery inspection and storage, and supervised installation.
What is the difference between full-service design and a design consultation?
A consultation is advice — a designer walks the space, answers questions and may produce a concept or a shopping list, and you execute it. Full service means the studio designs, specifies, procures, coordinates and installs the entire project.
What is included in an interior design scope of work?
A scope of work lists the rooms covered, the deliverables produced — floor plans, elevations, renderings, millwork drawings, finish schedules — the number of design presentations and revisions included, whether procurement and installation are covered, and what triggers additional fees. We scope design hours against your specific project and present a fixed written proposal before any work begins.
Do you take both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. The process is the same in each case; what changes is the constraint set. Commercial work adds code compliance, accessibility, durability standards and an opening date. Residential work is shaped by how a particular household actually lives.
Do you take on a single room?
Yes. A single kitchen, bath, family room, pantry or home office receives the same process and the same level of detail as a full home. Many clients begin with one room and expand from there.
